The holiday house is located on a beautiful quiet hillside, on the edge of the forest, in Garmisch. The centre of Garmisch is within approx. 5 minutes walking distance. Skiers and hikers reach the lifts and mountain railway in five minutes by car. Directly from the apartment the most beautiful hiking paths lead to a high level plateau, the 'Kramerplateau'. The apartment is fully equipped with a separate living room, cable TV with a large selection of programs (some English programs), kitchen with dishwasher, some with microwaves, one bathroom, toilet, and a spacious balcony. The flat offers a superb view to the impressive summit of the 'Zugspitze' mountain. The holiday apartment has new and comfortable solid-wood furniture.

We stayed at the Zugspitz recently (21 July-26 July) and we had a wonderful time. The flat was perfect for our stay in the area, and wish we could have stayed longer. Your home is beautiful, and the atmosphere perfect for the 4 of us. We would recommend this to our friends, and if we can return to your area, we will definitely be requesting to stay there!
