In 1997/98 the old farmhouse in one of the smallest villages of the area was completely modernized. Traditional building material, antique furniture, wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen and toys and games for your kids will make you instantly feel at home. If you like you can choose old hand-woven bedclothes. We obtained 4 stars from the German tourist organization.

The house is situated in a narrow quiet street in the middle of the village. Tourist attractions like the medieval towns of Herborn, Wetzlar or Dillenburg are only within 20 kilometres distance. Several indoor and outdoor pools, Hessia's second largest artificial lake a visitors' mine, the castle of Greifenstein with its unique German bell museum can easily be reached in a few minutes. All shopping facilities are in Ehringshausen (4 km).
