Photos and Description of this Benajarafe holiday apartment

This holiday home with only 4 units (first move in 1992) was equipped with a lot of effort and a few extras (satellite colour TV, safe, bedsheets/towels, washing machine, heating, BBQ area, covered parking space, and a lot more) . The house is in a peaceful urbanisation on a hill about 600 m (10 minute walk) from the beach. From your apartment you can see the sea. The villa also has a swimming pool (8 x 5 m) that is only available for the guests. The apartment has a bedroom (2 single beds), living-dining room (including sofa bed), completely equipped kitchen, bathroom and a south-facing balcony / terrace. The furnishing was selected very tastefully.

From the airport it is only about 30 km east to your holiday domicile. Benajarafe is a small fishing village with good traffic connections, a new beach promenade and a wide beach. Everything that you need for daily life (restaurants, bank, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) is available here or you can drive 8 km to Torre del Mar where there is a market every Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00. The nearest golf course is about a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Rund-um-wohl-fühl-urlauben!!!

Die Villa Niki ist einfach empfehlenswert!! Die Beschreibungen im Internet sind in jeder Hinsicht zutreffend, teilweise ist es sogar was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit und "Wohlfühlgefühl" angeht, einfach noch besser. Außerdem ist das Haus + der Garten in der Realität noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben knapp 3 Wochen die ruhige Lage sehr genossen, fanden es toll, frischen Fisch vom hauseigenen Kugelgrill zu genießen und die Aussicht auf Meer und Landschaft ist wunderschön. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund einen sehr stressfreien Urlaub verbringen, da es in direkter Umgebung viel Auslauf gibt und bis zum Strand oder zum Dorf sind es nur wenige Minuten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, wenn man die nähere Umgebung (z.B. weiße Dörfer, Granada etc) erkunden möchte. Aber um nach Nerja oder Malaga zu gelangen, kann man wunderbar mit dem Bus fahren. Elvira ist eine sehr umsichtige und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieterin und man spürt, dass dieses Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt wird. Unser Fazit: Wir würden hier immer wieder (in der Villa Niki + Gegend) unseren Urlaub verbringen!!!

Vielen Dank nochmals an Elvira die uns den ersten Einkauf ermöglichte da wir noch kein Auto hatten. Alles ist top in Schuß und sehr gepflegt man merkt die Liebe zum Detail.Das ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral man hat es nicht weit zum Bäcker oder zum Einkaufen.Der Strand ist auch sauber und Liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir kommen immer wieder!

Wir waren schon in den 90er Stammgäste in der Villa Niki, damals mit Kindern und wir haben uns jedes Jahr darauf gefreut.
Nun waren meine Frau und ich wieder da und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wie immer sehr sauber. Alles was man in einer Fewo benötigt ist vorhanden. Man kann das Haus mit gutem Gewissen an Freunde oder Bekannte weiterempflehlen.
Für Preis/Leistung geben wir 7 Koffer. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Grüsse an Elvira die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

Wir haben im Herbst 2008 eine Woche in Wohnung 1 verbracht. Diese war schön hell und sonnig und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Im ort war nicht so viel los, aber das wollten wir auch nicht. Sind viel rumgefahren und haben den Pool und die Sonne genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir waren zu Zweit, es hätten aber auch 4 personen in die Wohnung gepasst.
Fazit: Gute Ausgangslage um Andalusien zu erkunden und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo ich bin Andrea, ich war mit meine Familie sehr zufrieden, fuer unsere teenagern kinder es war ein bischen langweilig, aber in der nähe kann man auch nightlive finden...Wirklich schoen, ruhig und romantik....
Ein Platz,wo moechten Sie immer wieder kommen:)
