The lone-standing villa for 4 people near Denia, Oliva and Pego is one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas with spacious terraces and a kidney-shaped pool. Our villa is located on a slope on a spacious property. Pool/terrace area and living room are located on one level. From the living room you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding landscape and the pool area with a terrace through the glass panorama sliding doors. Awaiting you is a modern comfort in a spacious living room with a fireplace that the tower is connected with 4 meter high ceilings, in which you will find the dining room. From the connected kitchen area (equipped with a steel fridge with a freezer, stove with oven and ceramic range, microwave, etc.) you can also get onto one of the terraces. The bedrooms have windows with blinds.

Our beautifully located tower villa is located on the "Monte Pego" in a peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea, the rice fields and mountain chains. It is just a few minutes to the beach and the shopping facilities. Two restaurants are located within the well-kept urbanisation, which is seen as one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas on the Costa Blanca. The fine sand coast of Oliva (5 km away) has a row of ideal family beaches. Fine and clean beaches that are surrounded by almost 10 km of natural dunes. These natural dunes illustrate the unique separation between the orange plantations and the sea. The infrastructure is very good particularly on the beaches of Playa Pau-Pi, Playa Aigua Blanca, Playa Rabdells and Playa Aigua Morta. In the province of Valencia you will find altogether 21 golf courses. Near our villa you will find the golf courses of Oliva-Nova and La Sella.
