Away from the big touristic sites between the hills of the Colline metallifere is the estate Colle Puccioli. Since of its isolated location on top of a hill it has a spectacular panoramic view over the Etruscan countryside from Pisa in the north to Monte Amiata in the south. The large medieval estate has been lovingly restored with respect of memorial protection aspects. It contains of numerous independent buildings and is surrounded by 35 acres of property. The heart of the estate is a large pond for swimming, with a tower, little beach and a cable tow. Various seating arrangements hammocks and a roof covered panoramic terrace enable you to enjoy the pictorial landscape from different views. Straight from the house you can hike through forests and differential landscape.

The estate is located alone on top of a hill with panoramic view over the magical Tuscany landscape between Siena and Massa Marittima. Vis a Vis on top of is medieval Chiusdino, 1 km away, which you can reach through a nice trail through the forest in 15 minutes. There you find shops for the daily needs, restaurants, pharmacy, mail office and a bank. The little river Merse, in middle of untouched nature, is a few minutes away by car and invites you with its clear water and beautiful Cascades to bath to cool down. Siena is 35 km (20 minutes) away, other famous Tuscany towns like Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca are 1 - 2 hours by car. You find yourself away of the crowded tourist places and yet between cultural sites and the sea. The Thyrrenic Sea with its beautiful white beaches is only 45 km (28 minutes) away from Colle Puccioli.
