The two-story house offers a light and friendly living room on the lower floor with a well-equipped open kitchen and a guest WC. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. On an additional small balcony you can enjoy the sunrise. The terrace in front of the living room with a small garden is blocked from the neighbours and offers absolute privacy. The communal pool is on the other side of the complex so that you can refresh within a minute, but you won't notice the hustle and bustle at the pool, if you want to have silence.. The complex is completely closed to the outside and very family-friendly.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are located within walking distance from the complex (about 200 m).
