Lovely first floor self contained apartment with separate entrance in the tranquil setting of Sao Martinho do Porto. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and an alcove which contains a double bed. There is a large bathroom with both a shower unit and a bath, there is also a separate toilet and basin. The large and very comfortable sitting room also comprises a kitchenette and dining area with the most wonderful views of the area. There is also satellite TV and a Hi Fi system. There is a spacious entrance hall which can also sleep an extra person. There is a very attractive and mature garden with natural pool with sun loungers, tables and parasols. Use of BBQ and bread oven with prior notification to owners. Ample room for parking and within easy reach of the beach and amenities. Situated close to historic and beautiful old towns like Obidos, Alcobaca; surfing beaches like Peniche and wonderful nature walks featuring dinosaur footprints. Close to golf courses in Rio Maior, Praia del Rey
