Die Villa Carina ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und geplegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit schöner Poollandschaft und gepflegter Gartenanlage, im Haus findet man sich sehr gut zurecht da z.B (Lichtschalter beschriftet). Der Pool ist sehr sauber und im Whirlpool fühlt man sich auch sehr wohl.In diesem Haus fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und der Abschied fällt sehr schwer. Für diesen Urlaub sollte man sich mindestens 3 Wochen Zeit nehmen.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat stimmten mit der vor Ort angetroffenen Ausstattung / Lage überein.
Der allgemeine Zustand war bestens.
Gepflegtes, exklusives Ambiente in einer angenehm, ruhigen Wohngegend und dennoch zentral.
Großzügig gebaute Villa und somit ein erholsamer Luxusurlaub.
Hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die es an nichts fehlen ließ.
Beste Abwicklung mit Vermieter / Hausverwaltung. Vorbereitung / Betreuung waren optimal.
Die Villa Carina haben wir Freunden und in einem öffentlichen Forum empfohlen.
Zuverlässiger und sehr guter Haus-, Garten und Poolservice.
In der Freizeit haben wir Tagesausflüge in die nähere Umgebung von Cape Coral unternommen und das Baden im Golf von Mexiko sowie das Sonnen an den sauberen Stränden genossen.
Unser Restaurant-Tipp: Outback-Steakhouse in Cape Coral.

Die Villa Carina,

ist die beste Möglichkeit um sich zu erholen, aber dennoch mitten im Leben von Cape Coral (Florida) zu sein.
Die Villa ist sehr schön geschnitten, der Pool mit dem Spa ein wahrer traum für alle die gern im Wasser sind. Abends ist es einfach nur herrlich am "Anliger" zu sitzen und sich zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
Die Villa Carina haben wir als sehr sauber und gut gepflegt empfunden, die Villa ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in ca. 10min. mitten im Leben.
