Our large and peaceful situated house is a very idyllic place for relaxing in summer or winter time, when you return from exciting excursions in the high mountains or skiing activities. Children have enough place in house and garden to run around and play. Just 10 min. by foot from the village centre, you can reach restaurants, pubs and even a disco if you are in the mood of action and nightlife. Appartement facilities: accomodation 250 m2, large balcony, terrace and garden, ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1WC, 1 bathroom wit bath and shower cabin, 2 bedrooms 1st. floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 WC, 2nd. floor: 1 bathroom with shower

Our house is located in Stumm, a village in the middle part of the Ziller valley, which is the largest side valley of the Inn valley in Tyrol. Ziller valley is also well known as the most active place in the world. For sure these are very big words but nevertheless understandable because there are so many different possibilities of sports and entertainments. Its ancient part around the church with old houses and even a little castle is very nice and marvellous. Our house is about 10 min. away by foot from the ancient centre. Just a footstep away is the Ziller river on which both riversides is running a path perfect for jogging or cycling activities. Summer: There are about 1000 km footpaths in all grades of difficulty from easy walking over summer pastures until high alpine climbing in the glacier area. Winter: In the next village is the skiing region Hochzillertal-Hochfügen by skibus 5 min. away.145 km of piste and 33 lifts and cableway are transporting to the height of 2431m.

| Notes: | Our splendid piece is certainly the living room which is built in the typical tyrolian style, walls and ceiling are covered with the special stone pine wood, the big tiled stove is responsble for the very cosy athmospere which is coming from a natural wooden fire place. The bedrooms are partly modern and partly tyrolian style but very comfortable and spacious. The view from the window is a very great panorama of white tops of the mountains in winter time and on the balcony in 1.st floor is it easily possible to take a long sun bath if you are not in the mood for skiing. In summertime our large garden is in full blossom of roses and fruit trees. |
