The villa, in which you will find the holiday apartment with about 80 m² for 4 people on the ground floor, is located near the beach in a very peaceful location on the edge of the city of Vallauris in a private residence. You will live on a slope and have a view towards Nice, Cap Ferrat, the sea and the alps.... and the play of lights during the evening. The sea is about 3 km away. Through the entrance you get into the living and dining room where you will also find a sofa. From the living-dining room and the two bedrooms, you will have a view of the large, sunny terrace with garden furniture. This is located above the pool, which can be reached over two steps. The lush garden offers a relaxing, Mediterranean atmosphere. At the foot of the villa is a small private street where you can park. Here you will have private access to your holiday apartment through the garden.

Traumhafte Oase der Ruhe an der Cote D'Azur

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht, hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt, neben Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und ausreichend Geschirr, ist sie sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ganz nette Gastgeber, die immer einen guten Tipp für Ausflüge und Restaurants hatten.
Die Angaben im Internet entsprechen absolut den Tatsachen, die Photos geben nur annähernd den wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer wieder. Es ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Ruhe dort steht im Kontrast zur hektischen und überfüllten Küste!
Jederzeit würden wir wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen und gerne die schöne Wohnung an Freunde empfehlen.

Schon bei der Ankunft und dem ersten Blick auf den Pool fragten unsere Kinder (9 und 11 Jahre) "Ist das hier unser Traumurlaub?"
Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine vierköpfige Familie angenehm groß, hervorragend ausgestattet/gepflegt (vielleicht fehlt noch eine Geschirrspülmaschine) und auch an heissen Sommertagen angenehm kühl. Nach Ausflügen an der oftmals hektischen Cote d´Azur ist die Terrasse und der Pool eine Oase der Ruhe mit wunderbarem Blick über die Küste. Kurzum: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Owner's Response: Für die Saison 2009 planen wir einen Geschirrspüler einzubauen.

unsere ferienwohnung war vor ort genauso, wie sie uns im internet versprochen wurde. die wohnung, der garten und der pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. die ganze wohnung ist liebevoll und komplett ausgestattet und ließ keinen wunsch offen. highlight für uns und unsere söhne
(15 u. 13 jahre) war der pool mit terasse und die unbeschreiblich schöne lage und aussicht.
alles notwendige ist im nahegelegenen supermarkt, zu in deutschland vergleichbaren preisen, erhältlich. obwohl die schönen sandstrände der cote d'azur mit dem auto schnell zu erreichen sind, waren wir vier von unserer schönen anlage mit pool gar nicht mehr wegzukriegen. die vermieter der wohnung sind super nett und sehr kinderfreundlich. die cote d'azur ist ein traum und in unserer ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns sofort zuhause. wir werden gerne selber nochmal hínfahren und die wohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. für uns vier war es eine oase zum auftanken.

Fantastic appartement, very tastefull decorated and fully equipped. Beautifull view over the sea. Nice terrace, pool and surroundings. Very kind host and hostess.
This summer for the 5ht time our family again will enjoy two weeks at Azur de la Mer.
