The villa in Provencal style is situated in a quiet, south slope location, about 1 km away from the swimming bay Bonporteau, with direct view of the sea. The garden is planted in a Mediterranean way, a carport is available on the property. The swimming pool with a size of 4.5 x 7 m is heated during low season and surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with garden furniture. There are 2 storeys with 130 qm. The upper floor has a size of 90 qm, all rooms are airconditioned, comfortable for 4 people (up to 5 people possible). It features 1 cosy living room with fireplace, leather seating area, dining corner, terracotta floors, visible frames and electronic heating, two modern bathroom with separate toilet. 1 completely equipped kitchen is available. The roofed-over terrace also has a dining corner. On the ground floor there is a studio (approx. 40 m qm for 2 people with kitchenette, bathroom, shower and toilet. It is only leaseable in addition to the upper floor Swing doors to the terrace.

In Cavalaire one can find shopping facilities as supermarkets, delicatessen, banks, post office, as well as a medical house, clubs and a casino in the large marina. The centre with the shopping mile is approx. 1.5 km away. The small, idyllic bay of Bonporteau with rock and sandy beaches is 1 km distant. Additional information about rental rates

  • In case of a booking with only 2 people you get a discharge of 10 % on the lease price. We also offer a discharge of 5 % for a booking of 3 weeks and more. The lease price is per week for the lease of the upper, larger floor with sole use of the house, garden and pool with a maximum occupancy of 5 people. For the additional lease of the studio on the ground floor (pool level) for 2 people you pay an additional 250 € to 350 € according to the season. The studio is not leased separately. For the months of November to March the electricity costs are charged after consumption. The lease price includes all additional costs except for final cleaning and visitor’s tax.
  • Our pool is protected with a nice iron provencal fence with selfclosing gate.
  • At final booking 20 % of the lease price has to be paid. The outstanding 80 % are due until 90 days before the lease date. You will receive an extra bill and reservation confirmation. We advise you to make a travel cancellation insurance for potential case of illness.

Notes: The villa with garden, terraces and swimming pool is at your sole disposal, even if you only rent the upper floor. The Villa Pierrugues is occupied by a German speaking couple at the location. The final cleaning is made at every changeover. The final cleaning charge is 60 € for the upper floor. In case of additional lease of the studio it is 95 € on the whole. For a pet we charge 10 €. Bedclothes and towels are to be brought along. Bed sizes: upper apartment 2 single beds 0.9 x 2 m, 1 french bed 1.4 x 1.9 m; lower apartment: French bed 1.4 x 2 m. All costs, except for final cleaning and electricity costs for heating from November till March, are included it the lease price. The visitors tax for up to 2 people is born by the landlords.

Wunderbare Villa - Top Einrichtung

Ein wunderbares Haus für ruhesuchende. Wunderschön gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Haus ist extrem gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Excellent ist, dass alle Räume klimatisiert sind und der Pool 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt wird. Ausserdem ist alles sehr gepflegt.

Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und top seriös. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Wir haben dieses Haus bereits zum 2. mal gemietet und werden es auch ein 3. mal mieten, wenn alles klappt.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Kein Luxus aber genau das was man braucht und ein bischen mehr :-)

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Nach der verlockenden Beschreibung im Online-Inserat waren wir gespannt was uns erwartet. Unsere Erwartungen sind noch übetroffen worden. Es handelt sich um eine liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere und gepflegte Villa. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche lädt unbedingt zum Kochen ein. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, was in der heißen Sommerzeit eine Wohltat ist. Die beiden modern ausgestatteten Bäder bieten extra Luxus. Die Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter war perfekt und überaus freundlich. Vor Ort wird das Haus betreut von einem deutsch sprechenden Hausmeister, so daß Fragen problemlos gekärt werden können.
Unschlagbar ist der Blick von Terrasse und Poolbereich aufs Meer hinaus. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit Natursteinplatten und Holz gestaltet und auch der einladende Grillplatz mit tollem Gasgrill ist perfekt, alles umgeben von einem blühenden mediterranen Garten. Das Domizil ist unbedingt zu empfehlen und auch wir hoffen, im nächsten Jahr dort wieder Gast sein zu dürfen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern

Ein wunderschönes Haus für Familien mit Kindern und auch Hunde sind nach Rücksprache Willkommen.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön an einem Hang mit toller Aussicht, etwas abseits von der Stadt und somit auch sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Klimanlagen schönes Bad, Fernseher, DVD-Spieler, HIFI-Anlage alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist wunderschön und wird 2 mal wöchentlich von sehr nettem "Hausmeister" gereinigt wird. Der Garten und das ganze Anwesen machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch der neue Grill ist toll, den haben wir sehr häufig genutzt.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sehr verlässlich, die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Da passt es prima ins Bild, dass auch die "Hausmeisterfamilie" sehr nett und hilsbereit ist und gut deutsch sprechen. So wäre im Notfall auch jemand vor Ort, den man ansprechen kann.

In unseren bisherigen beiden Aufenthalten haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Fast unnötig zu erwähnen, dass mit der Anmietung alles sehr gut geklappt hat.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Familien mit Hunden, da diese sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück frei bewegen können.
Für Reisende, die keine Haustiere mögen, sei der Hinweis erlaubt, dass die Reingung im Haus und auf dem Grundstück sehr gut ist, so dass keine unerwünschten Begleiterscheinungen der Haustiere bei Ihrer Ankunft zu erwarten sind.

Wir waren im Juni 2008 in Cavalaire sur Mer.
Top Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber.
2 x wöchentlich wird der beheizte Pool gereinigt.
Traumhafte Lage mit super Fernsicht.
Sehr sehr nette und seriöse Vermieter. Wir werden dieses Objekt ganz ganz sicher wieder mieten.
Der Ort Cavalaire sur Mer ist ca. 1 km entfernt und lädt zum bummeln und verweilen ein. Auch abends essen gehen ist jederzeit möglich.
