These independent old stone-houses with a well-kept garden and lovely swimming-pool are surrounded by an olive grove and old oak-trees. The swimming-pool is in common use for 'Capanna' as well as 'Frantoio'. The garden provides spaces for sunbathing for each apartment. Each apartment is furnished in Tuscan style and owns an equipped private terrace. The position of the country-houses is very panoramic and quiet. An ideal place for relaxing, enjoying the silence and the fantastic view but also for visiting the regional points of interesting such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and also some less known villages such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Perugia etc.

The apartment 'Capanna' lies in one part of the annex which time ago was the barn. It was restored in typical uscan stile and is furnished in good taste.

The estate is situated next to a medieval hamlet (ca. 500 m) and in the geographic aerea between the medieval capitals Siena, Arezzo and Florence. Whilst being tucked away (70 m small gravel road) we are close to the main roads which will quickly take you to the regional points of interest.

Wir waren begeistert! Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ein super Ausblick, ein klasse Pool und was alle Bilder nicht ausdrücken können: Eine unbeschreibliche Ruhe! Alles sauber und top gepflegt!
Die Lage des Anwesens ist recht gut als Ausgangspunkt für Tages-Ausflüge. Begeisterte Radsportler erwartet ein anspruchsvolles Gebiet!
Für uns war alles da, was man für "richtigen Urlaub" braucht! Toll!

Wir sind bereits zwei Mal dort gewesen. Einmal ohne und einmal mit Kleinkind (8 Monate)! Und zwei Mal hatten wir einen perfekten, erholsamen Urlaub! Das Anwesen mit seinem wunderschönen Garten wird liebevoll vom Eigentümer selbst gepflegt. Der Pool ist herrlich und ist wirklich so sauber, wie er auf den Fotos aussieht! Das Anwesen ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Für Kinder, die Spielkameraden suchen, ist es allerdings recht einsam.
