This holiday apartment, Casa Alcalá, built in Canary style, of about 54m², is suited for max 4 adults and a small child. The living room with ocean view is equipped with Satellite TV, radio-CD player, a comfortable pullout sofa and harmonious furniture. The modern integrated kitchen is equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination and all necessary articles. The spacious bathroom is provided with integrated furniture, bidet, toilet and shower cabin. There are sufficient sheets and blankets present. Furthermore there are bath and tea towels, bathrobes, 2 pairs of beach shoes and slippers, iron and ironing board. The separate bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm), which can be placed separately. From the large roof terrace (approx. 30 m²), equipped with plants, you have a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean and the island La Gomera. The deckchairs, garden furniture and many plants on it as well as the wide view over country and sea offer a rustic atmosphere.

Nearest Ferry: Los Christianos at 30 Kilometres

Playa San Juan with the small fisher village of Alcalá is located at the south west coast of Tenerife between Playa de las Americas and los Gigantes. This resort directly by the sea is the only one of the entire south that has been exempted from commercial tourist settlements and could retain its original charm. Nevertheless you will find everything here needed for shopping. If you don’t want to use a rent-a-car, you can travel by public bus over the whole island and reach all beautiful and well-known places. (The bus stop is only a few minutes away) In very cosy restaurants you can enjoy the typical canary kitchen and eat fresh fish. Banana plantations turn the surrounding country into greeneries. A small natural sand beach is present in the village. The next large sand beaches are the Playa San Juan and the Playa de las Arenas. If needed, also pharmacies and physicians are present. All sport activities can be practised in Alcalá.

Notes: The Kitchen is equipped in the most modern way with toaster, mixer, juice press, egg boiler, coffee machine, water cooker and baking-oven with grill. One time a week there is a farmer market in Alcalá where one can buy fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the producer. Underneath the apartment in the small fisher port you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman. The beautiful large double bedroom has beds with slat rust and comfort mattresses of 1,80 x 2.00m that can be placed separately. The living/dining-room with Sat TV and radio-CD Player has a seat/sleep couch. Child’s cradle and highchair can be arranged.

Diving: Alcalá is a very attractive place for friends of water sports such as scuba diving and fishing. The owner has a large motorboat in which he likes to take his guests for diving, (high sea) fishing or whale and dolphin watching. There is a scuba diving school in Alcalá. Furthermore there are 2 diving schools In Playa San Juan.

Das Ferienapartment Casa Alcalá ist der richtige Ort um seinen Urlaub so richtig zu genießen, Terrasse mit blick auf das Meer und totale ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind nett und Hilfsbereit, sie können auch gute Tips zur Freizeitgestaltung geben. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und gepflegt.

Die Casa Alcala ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick direkt aufs Mittelmeer. Es liegt etwas abgelegen und ist somit sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Gastgeber, mit denen ich auch Monate nach meinem Urlaub noch Kontakt pflege, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Menschen, die etwas Abgeschiedenheit mögen, und sich einen traumhaften Urlaub gönnen wollen, ist dieses Objekt , das Mitten in einer noch unberührten Natur steht, sehr zu empfehlen.

Meine Bewertung: 5 Sternchen für ausgezeichnet!
