The apartments have central heating, and they are located in a small, familiar vacation resort with several apartment units in Cala Dor/Es Forti. There is direct access to the sea. The renting and the administration are undertaken by the German owners, on location. The construction is surrounded by a tended garden with pool and neighbouring children basins, couches and barbecue.

The apartment on the first floor has a terrace with view upon the garden and pool. Starting from approx. May, 20th 2005 there will be ADSL Internet connection available. (Network cable is necessary).

Cala Dor is located in the south-eastern part of Majorca. This idyllic place is characterized by the houses built in Ibiza style and painted white. The quiet village region “Es Forti” (dead-end street), where the familiar house is located, is not far away from the center and from the exclusive marina Cala Dor. All the necessary shopping facilities can be found in the close neighbourhood (within 500 m). The flat cliffy bathing bay “Punta de Galera” is located directly by our house (30 m), the sandy beach “Es Forti” is approx. 300 m away.

ein sehr entspannter urlaub

lage und ausstattung waren wie beschrieben.
in 5 min. waren restaurants, einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der strand zu erreichen. die wohnung war sauber und auch die außenanlage gepflegt mit super pool.
der vermieter war sehr nett und täglich ort. falls fragen zu ausflugszielen oder zur anlage aufgetreten sind, war er immer hilfsbereit zur stelle.
das einzige was gefehlt hat, war eine klimaanlage im schlafzimmer.
da es sich nachts nie unter 25 grad abgekühlt hat , war es im schlafzimmer schon ziemlich warm.
trotzdem war es ein sehr erholsamer urlaub.
wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder
