Our house with swimming pool is in middle of a 18 holes golf course in the forest between the Atlantic Ocean beach and the clear water lake of 'Biscarrosse and Cazeau'. The house stays on a ground of approximately 1300 m². The swimming pool (size 10 m x 5 m, depth 0.5 - 2.2 m) is to the south of the house and accessible by paved paths from both semi-detached houses. On the ground are 4 car parking places. Each semi-detached house has: an own entrance, a living area of approximately 95 m² and is comfortably furnished for 6-8 guests, including 8 cushioned garden seats, a large garden table, parasol and 2 cushioned sun beds. Each semi-detached-house has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed 2x90x200cm, 1 with French bed, 160x200cm 1 children’s with 4 full size beds 190x90cm), 2 bathrooms (1 with bath & WC, 1 with shower & WC), 1 living room with fireplace and large galley kitchen (with integrated oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, micro wave oven, cottage styled kitchen units), 1 fireplace.
