The „big apartment” has about 65 sqm and is suitable for 4-8 people. This apartment, which is furnished in a modern way has satellite television, a dish washer, a microwave, a safe, a table and bed linen. On request it is possible to set up a cot. The apartment has central heating, toilet and shower. A roll service is available. It is possible to use the beach for free which includes the booths as well. We can offer you a real bargain: you book for a fortnight and pay just for 12 days. This refers just to the pre- and low season! The visitor’s tax and the final cleaning are included in the rental rates.

  • Our season dates are the following: pre-season and after-season is from 10th September–30th June. High season is from 1st July–09th September. You pay 80 € per night in the “big apartment” from the 1st July–09th September (high season).
  • We offer you a remarkable bargain. If you book for a fortnight in the pre/low season you only pay for 12 days. All prices include visitor’s tax and final cleaning. We also have a superb Easter special in April. For a fantastic price of 50 € per night you can book the “big apartment” for your Easter holidays. Feel free to make use of this remarcable offer!
  • For our summer guests we can offer free entrance (booths included) in the well-looked after lido in Faak.

Ski fun in Kärnten. : Experience a magic winter in the lovely Kärnten. Within numerous ski mountains you will find the Baumgartnerhöhe (house mountain), which is only 3-5 minutes away from our holiday residence (just to name a few). Gerlitze and the boarder triangle also belong to the nearby ski resorts.

Ice skating, coasting: In near distance of our residence you can enjoy the following activities: winter hikes, cross-country skiing, ice skating, riding, coasting.

Thermal: The thermal 'Warmbad' is only 10 minutes away by car. You can have a lot of fun or just relax there.

Ski: Baumgartnerhöhe and the boarder triangle can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car. The Gerlitze and the boarder triangle can also be reached by car as it is in short distance.

Golf: In May 2005, a new and big golf course was opened in Finkenstein. You can reach it in 3-5 minutes by car.
