House Sansibar, finished in December 2004 and booked since January 2005 is located on 300 m² property with not buildable view. It is 94 m² large, has 3 bedrooms and sleeping attic and has sleeps for 2 – 8 people. The 1st and 2nd floor are tiles. A shower with sauna, storage with mashing machine, first-class equipped Alno kitchen with microwave, freezer with iceboy, oven, Ceran stove, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and so on can be found at the ground floor. A large table with seats for 8 people is in the living room, a sofa bed and 2 chairs, chimney (with steatite). The ground floor is equipped with conventional heatings and floor heating. There are 3 bedrooms – 2 of them with balcony, a bathroom with shower, tub and floor heating can be found on the attic. Stairs lead from one of the bedrooms into the attic with 2 beds. Two doors lead from the living room (with large windows) onto the terrace.

Wir haben wunderschöne Osterferien in Ihrem Haus erlebt.Die Einrichtung ist super. Wenn man am Esstisch saß, konnte man in die Landschaft hinter dem Haus schauen. Der Blick ist wunderschön.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.Das Haus war so schön, dass wir es gleich weiterempfohlen haben.

Super ausgestattet, besser gehts nicht!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen im Oktober 2009 in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und unbeschreiblich gemütlich. Die Abende lassen sich dort wunderschön vor dem Kamin verbringen.

Der schöne Sandstrand ist in nur 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Dort findet man einen Kiosk, der auch am Wochenende auf hat und mehrere Restaurants. In Wismar gibt es ein großes Spaßbad mit 6 Rutschen. Die wunderschöne Promenade von Kühlungsborn ist ca. 45 Autominuten entfernt.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Anlässlich unserer Hochzeit wurden wir sogar mit einem Strauß Blumen empfangen.

wir,2 erw. +13 jähr. tochter, waren im oktober für eine woche in diesem wirklich schön eingerichteten ferienhaus.an der ausstattung der räume und insbesondere der küche gab es nichts zu bemängeln. nur eine saunauhr und das kaminbesteck fehlen. da wir nicht immer das beste wetter hatten, haben wir die sauna und den kamin fast täglich genutzt,was eine wohltat war.am besten hat uns die himmlische ruhe und der ausblick vom frühstückstisch gefallen. zum wandern und fahrrad fahren ist die umgebung sehr gut geeignet.bei schlechtem wetter ist das wonnemar in wismar eine gute adresse.bei knisterndem kamin haben wir viel gelesen und noch mehr karten gespielt ,wobei wir den fernseher nie gebraucht haben. wir versuchen einmal im jahr an die ostsee zu fahren und das haus sansibar auf der schönen insel poel steht jetzt auf unserer liste ganz oben.

Wie auf Mallorca, nur schöner!!!

Diesen Sommer waren wir zum 2. Mal hier und hatten mit dem Wetter genau so viel Glück wie vor 2 Jahren: Zwei Wochen Granatenwetter, allein an 9 Tagen mehr als 27°C. Für die Mädels (36, 10, 7 und 5) war jeden Tag Strand angesagt. Am Besten gefällt uns der "Schwarze Busch"; das ist der nächstgelegene Strand. Timmendorf ist auch sehr schön. Für die Kinder ist es besonders toll (und deshalb besser als Mallorca), dass das Wasser bis zu 150 m total flach bleibt. Da können die Eltern stressfrei im Strandkorb bleiben, auch wenn die lieben Kleinen schon ein paar Meter im Wasser sind.
Aber für das Wetter kann der Vermieter ja nichts! Wenn es mal schlechter ausfäällt, kann er nichts dafür. Aber er bietet ein Domizil mit Top-Ausstattung, in den es sich dann auch noch komod aushalten lässt. Wo kriegt man das schon geboten, dass (bei 3 Kindern) jedes Kind sein eigenes Zimmer hat und sich bei Bedarf (bzw. "Stress" mit Schwestern oder Eltern) jederzeit zurück ziehen kann? Das ist wirklich optimal; ich nenne es Lebens- oder Urlaubsqualität!
