An attractively decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, this golf course villa offers the discerning family a wonderful vacation base. Situated on Southern Dunes, a gated community, close to shops and banks, with a children's play area on site, and central to all the amenities that the Disney/Orlando area can offer, this comfortable home has a master bedroom with queen sized bed, walk-in closets, TV and en-suite bathroom with its own access to the pool area.

The second and third bedrooms share the second full bathroom, while the fourth bedroom has its own private bathroom. The family room, with Cable TV and DVD player, looks out over the pool , and is adjacent to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen and breakfast nook, while for those who prefer more formal meals, there is a full dining area, close to the comfortably furnished family room. A washer and dryer is provided for guests use, and all bed-linens and towels are included.
