This property is a very attractive pool-villa set in a rural landscape with pinewoods on the coastline. It has a nice intimate garden with shady terrace, private pool 3x6 m and barbecue. There is another terrace on the tower with marvellous views over the pinewoods. The three bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with its own terrace and entrance by outside-steps. The cosy sandy bays are close by. It’s just perfect for a family holiday!

Nearest Train: Cadiz at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres

It is a nice typical Andalusian city built in a white Arabic cube-style. It offers a complete infrastructure with banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and small tapas bars. It’s a top-spot for beach-lovers and up to now there are only very few bigger hotels. The fantastic white villages, Cádiz, Jerez and Sevilla are within easy reach. Roche Viejo is located approximately 4 km north of Conil in a rural landscape on the top of the cliffs. You will find cosy little sandy bays here.
