It lies in a row of 6 similar apartments on a footpath. There is a small private garden with barbecue and garden furniture in front of the property. The interior is simple but well maintained and good value for money.

Nearest Train: Cadiz at 40 Kilometres

Conil de la Frontera is a nice typical Andalusian city built in a white Arabic cube-style. It offers a complete infrastructure with banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and small tapas bars. It’s a top-spot for beach-lovers and up to now there are only very few bigger hotels. The fantastic white villages, Cádiz, Jerez and Sevilla are within easy reach. El Palmar is a small settlement located 10 km south of Conil on a long sandy beach by the sea.

Gut: Lage genau wie beschrieben, gut zu finden
Gut: Zentrale Lage aber trotzdem sehr ruhig
Gut: Strandnähe absolut gegeben
Gut: Größe wie beschrieben, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend

Schlecht: keine Parkplätze vorhanden; wurde weder in der Beschreibung, noch von Seiten des Veranstalters als auch bei der Schlüsselübergabe durch das Reisebüro erwähnt; Kostenpflichtige (!) Parkplätze vor Ort, zum Teil sehr weit weg von der Unterkunft
Schlecht: Beschreibung "Einfach aber gepflegt" passt nur teilweise: Einfach ja, aber die auf keinen Fall gepflegt. Die Spuren des Vormieters waren deutlich sichtbar.
Schlecht: das Putzpersonal räumt alles aus, was der Vormieter hinterlässt: vom Toilettenpapier bis zum Sonnenschirm; sie sollten sich lieber auf das Putzen beschränken
Hinweis: Das Bett in App. 2 sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden; an erholsamen Schlaf war darin nicht zu denken, was die gesamt Urlaubserholung doch etwas minimiert!

FAZIT: wenn man den Standard etwas herunterschraubt und sich ausschließlich am Strand aufhalten möchte, ist die Lage ideal und die Größe absolut ausreichend!
