Maisonette- architecture, for 3 to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 to 3 children. At the 1st. level besides the entry you will find a small toilet. Half a floor higher is the living room with a terrace (3,6 x 2,0m) to the lakeside. Another half a floor higher is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Next floor is the parents sleeping room with a double bed 2 x 80 x 200 cm Last floor a mezzanine bedroom with fantastic lake sight.

The appartement is at about 600m altitude, the lake at 450. Talloires centre and beach at about 1,5 Kms. from us. Annecy centre 12 kms by car and by shuttleboat. Skiing up to 2.600meters and other summer activities at La Clusaz (25Kms) with a view to the Mont Blanc.
