This cosy Casita, ideal for 2 people, consists of a living room with a sofa and a basket seat, a very well equipped eat-in kitchen with large windows, a bedroom and a shower/bath. In front of the Casita is a large, partially covered natural stone terrace. The Casita is located in a 2000 m2 orange garden above Sóllers with stunning places to unwind, sunbathe and enjoy the shade. You can enjoy the view of Sóller to the sea. It is an ideal starting point for hikers. The centre of Sóller can be reached through a nice path in about 10 minutes, you can arrive by car as well. The house is located in an absolutely peaceful location. This is a non-smoking residence. On the total property of about 25,000 m2 you will find two more Casitas in a corresponding distance and secluded from one another so that the property can be used for altogether 6 people. Here in the northwest of the island you will find the highest mountain of the Tramuntana mountain range with a summit of about 1450 m - an absolutely ideal location for hikers. But also for normal walks through the beautiful and aromatic orange and lemon groves, this part of the island with its mountains and valleys and the picturesque coast of Deiá is a unique and charming relaxation region. The old natural harbour of Puerto de Sóller (about 3 km from the centre) offers good swimming and water sport options. Countless restaurants are present. Each season has its charm, for example, the blooming almonds during the end of January, the spring with countless flowers and the aromatic fall, with swimming or umbrella weather, very beautiful. July and August are primarily very warm and dry, ideal for a swimming holiday at stunningly located bays (Calas). Even if it looks dry and bad out during the high summer months in other places on the island, here it is always green.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The final cleaning costs € 94. For a booking of the sofa bed in the living room by a third person, an additional € 20 will be collected. Ask while booking your flight about completing a trip cancellation insurance. A rental deposit of 50% is due within 5 days after the booking date. The remaining amount of 50% is to be paid before your arrival. With a cancellation of the rental contract by the tenant, a compensation for damages must be paid according to the following levels: up to 90 days before arrival = 25% of the rental price; up to 30 days before arrival = 60% of the rental price; up to 20 days before arrival = 75% of the rental price; 14 days before arrival = 90% of the rental price. The tenant also always has the right to provide another tenant who will take their place in the existing contract.
