Extremely appealing, very quiet, comfortable vacation home almost in secluded location; with unbeatable view over sea and entire Cilento coast; 3 km to the sea and its 7 km long sandy beach. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, washer; covered breakfast balcony and patio. The villa has been remodelled during the years 2000 – 2001 and developed itself into a villa that can easily be described as a pearl above Marina di Ascea. The villa lies on the “Timpa Ascea”, above the “Scoglios” (a rock, which describes the Capo Marina di Ascea) on the southern periphery of Ascea, far off the village amidst a sparely build terrain. Complete tranquillity is guaranteed, but it is still close enough to the town, so that you can, after a 10-minute walk, reach all the stores and some bars. The panorama of the Villa is outstanding, since in Ascea you could usually just overlook the coast to the Scoglio of Marina di Ascea, which would be just 40 km of coastal area.

The villa lies on the “Timpa Ascea”, above the “Scoglios” (a rock, which describes the Capo Marina di Ascea) on the southern periphery of Ascea, far off the village amidst a sparely build terrain. Complete tranquillity is guaranteed, but it is still close enough to the town, so that you can, after a 10-minute walk, reach all the stores and some bars. The house lies on a hill on an ascending street with virtually no traffic (just from the few residents), approx. 3 km to the 7 km long sandy beach. The Villa, which was build with nature rocks, has two floors and the 130 sq m large vacation home is spread out over the entire upper floor.

Ein Feedback von unserem Gasten Familie Makswitat aus Berlin 05/07/2004: Lieber Herr Vasile, sorry für die späte Rückmeldung. Schon vor 2 Wochen sind wir wieder gut in Berlin angekommen, hatten aber keine Gelegenheit uns gleich zu melden. An das schlechte Wetter hier haben wir uns wieder gewöhnt, würden aber gern ein paar Sonnenstrahlen aus dem Cilento in den Norden holen. Wir möchten uns noch einmal für den sehr freundlichen Empfang und den guten Service bei Ihnen bedanken. Das Haus 'Casolare Sarolli' hat all unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es ist großzügig angelegt und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Allen Ruhesuchenden können wir dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Leider war die Zeit zu kurz, um all Ihren Ausflugstipps nachzugehen. Wir haben trotzdem einen kurzen Einblick in den Cilento Nationalpark erhalten und können nur bestätigen, hier kann man noch in Ruhe die Natur erkunden und Italien erleben. Wir haben 2 wunderbare Ferienwochen im Casolare Sarolli verbracht. Ein perfektes Ferienhaus für ruhige Tage im Cilento. Die Villa liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Ascea mit Blick von den großen Terrassen über die Olivenhaine und auf das Meer. Das Haus selbst ist komfortabel und vor allem in der Küche vollständig eingerichtet.
Ruhe und Entspannung pur - und in kurzer Entfernung schöne Strände mit super klarem Wasser.
Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Verwalter waren problemlos. Angelo Vasile hatte viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Empfehlungen für Restaurantbesuche.
Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft!
