Book a vacation in our large and light luxury residence and relax in the long solar heated pool. On the oversized property you will enjoy a cultivated tropical garden, palm trees and peace. In 3 minutes by car, you can reach the ocean and choose between several harbours where rental boats and kayaks are available or book a day-tour to lovely islands. To the beaches in Sanibel, Captiva or Ft. Meyers it is only 1/2 hour by car. Cape Coral and Ft. Meyers have an abundance of golf courses. Only 5 minutes near the residence you will find 2 of them (27 and 18 wholes) also shopping possibilities and restaurants. Pine Island is known - 10 min. away - for its great skating or biking activity. The lake is very good for fishing. The splendid sunsets you can watch either from the pool area or the lake-terrace.

Cape coral was built about 40 years ago by two land speculators who believed that the property’s location on the Gulf Coast provided abundant sunshine and endless opportunities for waterfront living. The Rosen brothers purchased the property, platted the community and created more than 400 miles of canals. Cape Coral is the second largest city in the state of Florida. The area of Pine Island and Matlache is still like many years ago, wild-romantic and silent. House Lakeview is situated in the southwest area, a short distance away. Here you find lovely fish-restaurants and souvenir-shops. In Matlache you can rent a boot and you are immediately in the Gulf without going through a lock and cruising miles and miles in the canals. In Pineland-Marina are daily boot-tours available, going to the most splendid islands like Cabbage Key and Cayo Costa - having enough time for swimming and sunbathing. Another big marina is the Burnt Store Marina with a nice restaurant (only 7min. by car).

  • The rental rates are for 2 adults and Euro 60.- per week for each additional person. Children till 6 year are free. Till 10 years 50%, older = normal rate. Tax is 11%-, free electricity of EUR 10/week. Over 4 weeks-stay or last minute bookings 10% reduction.
  • For final cleaning are to be paid $ 130.- to the house management when you arrive. Euro 300.- is for deposit to cover possible damages. 20% of the rent has to be paid by booking reservation. The rest + deposit 1 month before arrival.
  • Easter week and Christmas week + 10%

Boating: As we have only 1 mile to the ocean you reach immediately several harbours with rental boat possibilities. In this area you avoid locks and long channel and river cruises. You can choose the beautiful days without being forced to rent in advance the boat for the whole week.

Golf: With the bicycle you can reach in 10 minutes one of the most beautiful Royal Tee golf course (27 holes) and in 5 minutes by car the Coral Oaks (18 holes).

wir haben im Juni 1 Woche Urlaub in dem Haus gemacht.
Alle Angaben können wir nur bestätigen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit persönlicher Note eingerichtet. Die Übergabe war jeweils sehr gut vorbereitet und ohne jedes Problem. Dieses Haus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ferienhaus entsprach den Angaben im Online-Inserat
Das Haus befand sich in einem gepflegten Zustand, alles
war sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Wir wurden zum Beginn gut vor Ort eingewiesen und auch während des Urlaubs gut betreut und informiert (Tropische Wirbelsturm zu diesem Zeitpunkt). Auch während des Urlaubs kann man sich jeder Zeit an die örtliche Urlaubsbetreuung wenden und bekommt kompetente Hilfe.
Wir würden diese Urlaubsdomizil jeder Zeit an unseren Freundeskreis weiterempfehlen, was wir auch machen werden.
Ausflugtips: Erlebnispark Busch Gardens in Tampa, Everglades,
Kennedy Space Center, Sea World Orlando.
Einkaufstip: Miromar Outlets
Essentip: Sandy Hook Fish & Rib in Matlacha
(super Fischrestaurant)
Besonders zu erwähnen ist das "Hauskrokodil", was am angrenzenden See des öfteren zu sehen ist.
(keine Angst, es kann nicht auf das Grundstück gelangen)
Kurze Zusammenfassung:
