The spacious and well-maintained villa within a large property is in a tourist village near Uzès, a quiet private residential area in the country with very beautiful surroundings. Fenced-in 2000 m² garden with trees and a private pool. The house is 180 m² and has a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. 8-9 people could comfortably stay there. Garden furniture is provided as well as a grill by the pool. Directly behind the house there is a beautiful natural landscape with many trails, all the way to the village, where you can buy groceries or go out to eat. Dogs are welcome! Tolle Ferienwohnung in gepflegter, ruhiger Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt strandnah (Fußweg mit Kleinkind ca. 5 Min.) in einer schönen, gepflegten, ruhigen Wohnanlage mit großem Pool und verfügt wirklich über alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt!

Die Sauberkeit und auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung wird jeglichen deutschen Qualitätsanforderungen gerecht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Standequipment (Sonnenstühle, Schirm, Spiel & Sandelzeugs für Kinder ect.) steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung und wer selbst im Urlaub nicht auf TV verzichten will, könnte sich dort durch sämtliche deutsche Programme zappen :o)

Wir haben uns dort vom ersten Moment an wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren gerade auch bei regnerischen Tagen wirklich froh, ein so gemütliches Domizil angetroffen zu haben.

Zur weiteren Umgebung: Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen, aber ein Auto ist dennoch empfehlenswert.

Wer seinen Urlaub in ruhiger, strandnaher Umgebung von Denia verbringen möchte, dem sei diese Wohnung wirklich ans Herz zu legen!

Über diesen Weg auch noch einmal einen besonderen Gruß und Dank an die Vermieter!! Wirklich sehr, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sympatisch!!

Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern da und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig und in ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und stets ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner. Auch die Wohnungsübernahme und -rückgabe hat reibungslos funktioniert.

super unverbaubare lage - keine hotelklötze am strand - kurzer weg zum strand. alle einkaufsmöglicheiten in denia - anlage sehr gepflegt und schön.
wir kommen wieder .o)
