Built in 1996 in Caribbean style our guesthouse is situated in tropical vegetation in Black Rock. There are 3 double rooms with king-sized beds, if necessary with one additional bed for a child. 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub. Generous living kitchen extendening to a covered veranda. Kitchen completely equipped, separate laundry with washing machine. Bedlinen and towels for domestic purposes available. Cooking service if wanted. Diving, fishing, boat trips, bicycle rental and island round travels can be arranged by us for low prices There is our new 2 person apartment availaible from 45,-€

Jemas apartment is a 1-minute walk away from Black-Rock a friendly fishing village, beaches and restaurant, a small but useful mini-mart, and a few very tasty local and fine-dining restaurants - the kind of establishments it's always nice to be close to on a self-catering holiday. Black Rock is located between Mt. Irvine and Plymouth, within a 20 minute (walking) radius of 5 of the nicest beaches along the Caribbean north coast. Away from the crowds of the lower lying tourist districts like Crown Point and the Store Bay area, these beaches are much quieter and largely free from any sort of commercialisation. Turtel beach is a 1-minute, Grafton Beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The Shirvan Rd. which runs along the lower part of the Caribbean north coast Rd. has become home to 1/2 dozen of Tobago's most popular restaurants. All are within a 5 - 10 min. drive of Black Rock. Recreational activities nearby this holiday home/vacation rental: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding.
