Casa Antigua 'Estrellita' has been completely renovated in 2003, it has 120 sqm on 3 floors, for 4-6 persons. It is situated in the old part of the village San Pedro de Ribes respectively San Pere de Ribes, the house has a nice view, is quiet but central at the same time. From its sunny terrace (12 sqm) you can enjoy a beautiful view over the village itself or the countryside to the Mediterranean Sea. The 'Garraf'-nature reservoir starts right behind next to the famous wine yards of the 'Penedès'. The living room with its open fire place is located on the ground floor, next to the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC and the small patio. The house, equipped at a high standard, counts 2 separate bedrooms in the 2nd floor, 1 with en suite bathroom (shower/WC). On the 3rd floor the gallery with the sitting area and the exit to the roof-terrace can be found.

San Pere de Ribes-Costa Garraf, Catalonia, about 12.000 inhabitants is situated in the hinterland of Sitges, which is approx. 35 km in the south of Barcelona and 40 km in the north of Tarragona, close to the 'Garraf' mountains. San Pere is located at the border of the famous 'Penedès' and linked to the mountains. Sitges 4km, a former fishermen village is now a fashionable sea side resort with nice beaches and elegant boutiques, fine restaurants and a lively night-life. Numerous festivals take place throughout the year. Barcelona 35 km, the capital of Catalonia offers a wide range of culture, architecture and history. Vilanova 4 km, is a typical Spanish town well-known for its fishing harbour, excellent seafood restaurants and beautiful beaches.
