Our apartment is near Piazza di Spagna in Rome in the centre of Italy’s capital city. You will pass your holidays in the historical and very elegant shopping neighbourhood. The apartment has a panoramic terrace with a view over the green slopes of Villa Borghese and Villa Medici. The rental charges depend on the number of persons who will occupy the apartment, from 4 to 8 guests. The apartment fills an entire building over 5 small floors and consists of four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The old stairway and the small living spaces on each floor make the home so exceptionally welcoming and unique. The apartment is located in the Via Alibert - just a minute walk from the Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr Zentraler Lage, hier ist Pkw nicht nötig.
Der Terasse ist wunderschön, sehr erholsam nach einem Tag in Roms Strassen und Sehenswürdigheiten.
