The commendable Residence Benini is located in a spacious villa quarter of Bardolino. The house lies slightly raised in a peaceful and sunny location, far enough away from the main road so as not to be disturbed by the traffic, but not so far out of town, as to be reliant on a car in order to enjoy a day out and about. The lake is only approx. 300m away and the town with it’s numerous, and interesting shops, it’s good restaurants and cafes and an unmissable weekly market is only approx. 1km away. A further advantage of the house is the division into only 8 apartments with 2 seperate entrances. This creates a small scale and friendly setting for your holiday on Lake Garda. The very large swimming pool (23x12m) enables you not only to take a quick and cooling dip – its size, shared amongst so few guests, enables pleasurable bathing which even allows for higher sporting ambitions!

Residence Benini - groß, sauber und freundlich

Ferienwohnunug und Pool sehr groß und gepflegt. Garage ist ausreichend, nur ein wenig eng. Da nur 8 Wohnungen auf der Anlage, immer genug Platz am Pool und gemäßigte Geräuschkulisse. Kein Straßenlärm zu hören, jedoch Zimmer ein wenig hellhörig. Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Alles nötige in den Wohnungen vorhanden (kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle), jedoch sind die Betten etwas klein und getrennt.
Der direkte Weg zum See entspricht den 300m, an die Promenade jedoch sollte man schon 10min zu Fuß einplanen.
Lidl gleich um die Ecke.

Wir fanden alles wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt vor. Genauso erfreulich war die nette Begrüßung und Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Die Wohnung und die Außenanlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft Mitte September hatte der sehr schöne Pool noch eine Wassertemperatur von 25 Grad. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Sat-TV können ca. 35 deutschsprachige Sender empfangen werden. Negativ empfanden wir die Parkplatzsituation. Für 2 Mittelklassewagen sind die Doppelgaragen zu eng. Hier mussten Kompromisse eingegangen werden.
