The lovely Residence Bertoletta is a former manor house, which has been tastefully transformed into holiday apartments, combining the original charm of the building with modern comfort. Bertoletta lies in a pleasant area of Peschiera. To the town centre with its old harbour, the partly Venetian fortifications, numerous shops and restaurants it is approx. 1.5km. Other shops and restaurants only approx. 700m away. The lake and the beach for bathing are also easily reached, approx. 1.2km from the house. The Residence is closed to the road by a gateway; the parking spaces are also locked and are situated across from the complex. For the 2008 season the former swimming pool (15 x 6m) has been extended. The large sun lawn invites you to relax, play or take in the sun, whilst those who prefer the shade find rest beneath the branches of the olive trees.

To reach the apartments on the 1st floor a slightly sloping, paved path leads up to the rear of the house though an olive grove. Here there is a small entrance terrace with table and chairs, which bridges the ground floor.

Peschiera del Garda is a popular holiday resort on the extreme southern point of Lake Garda. Beyond the town there are wide, pebbly beaches with lawns, which are open to the general public. In the town, one is surrounded by relics of the mediaeval and renaissance eras, with palaces, city walls and other protective fortifications giving the town its unmistakable atmosphere and reminding the visitor of Peschiera’s past as an impregnable lakeside fortress. Along the lakeside promenade („Lungo-Lago“) one can enjoy a pleasant stroll; from the harbour steamers or fast catamaran boats take you across the lake to many of the other towns. There are mini-golf and tennis courts, a sailing school, water skiing, motorboat trips and of course plenty of restaurants and tavernas. In the Mincio-Valley one can fish in peace or enjoy wonderful walks through the vineyards. Don’t forget to try the famous “Lugana” wine in the tavernas of the old town. New 18-hole golf course 'Golf Paradiso'.

Alles in Allem eine gute Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, daß beim ausklappbaren Sofa schonmal die ein oder andere Latte rausgesprungen ist. Ansonsten gab es keine nennenswerten Benachteiligungen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich würde wieder dorthin reisen.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht (inkl. Klima, Geschirrspüler) wo es an nichts fehlte. Sauber, Tip-Top in Schuß und für die aktiven Kinder ein Beach-Volleyball/Soccer-Feld dabei. Zwei Pools mit Whirlpoolfunktion, sehr ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick sorgten für Wellness-Feeling.

Einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung (Keine deutsche Kaffemasch.)
Leider nicht in allen Wohneinheiten Klimaanlage. (Bei Buchung genau nachlesen)
Zum Zentrum nach Peschiera del Garda ca.2,5-3 km (Besser mit Auto zu ereichen)
Kein Infomaterial für Unternehmungen und Veranstaltungen in der Ferienanlage ausgelegt.
Ansprechpartner innerhalb der Ferienanlage etwas schwierig
(Ansonsten in der Agenzia Belgarda in Peschiera del Garda)

Trotzdem schöner Urlaub, würde diesen auch mal wiederholen!
