Our luxury 4-stars-holiday-flat is built in the elegant „Dünenschloss“ (English: 'Dunes-Castle') direct at the beach-promenade and the long sandy beach. It's a house in the typically classic-style of the last centuries: with turrets, gables, bays and wood-balconies, recreated and new built in 2005 with everything you like. With it's own spa and wellness department you can come in every month of the year. Your Spa-, beauty-, vital- and wellness department offer an inside-pool (see the picture), Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, fitness-room, room for relaxation and a winder garden for free! In the summertime you have your own beach-basket-chair on the beach (included). Your in direction south built holiday-flat is situated very quiet and sunny with a nice view into the atrium and behind the wood. In January 2005 all furniture bought new in a high quality and very comfortable. Enjoy your stress free holiday in an exclusive and historic atmosphere.

Notes to the rental rates

• You can arrive every day. Bedclothes and towels are included. All additional expenses (for example: water, heating and energy) are included. Final cleaning is included up from 7 days (if you stay shorter, it costs 47 Euro one time). Service-fee one time: If you stay shorter then 7 days: 6 Euro; if you stay 7 days or longer: 22 Euro. Using swimming-pool, sauna and fitness-room included. Cheaper price out of the season if you stay longer then 14 days (10-15% discount).
  
• Any excursions, Gourmet-, Wellness- and health-packages you can get from us: For example: Massage, Soft-Pack (algae-pack, mud-bath, goats-butter-crème-bath, herbage-pack, Cleopatra-bath), Migraine-massage, large beauty-culture, Ayurveda-cure (whole body) and Ayurveda-cure (acupuncture).

Spa (Beauty culture)

Specially trained persons and physiotherapists work exclusively for our guests. Massage, cosmetics and beauty cures, fitness as aqua-jogging and water gymnastic, anti-stress-cure and the “Original Swedish La Stone-therapy” (a massage with cold and hot stones). A special highlight is the famous soft-pack-cure. You relax on a water-bed-massage-lay and enjoy comfortable temperate surface, a feeling without weight. Before starting the cure they use some crème like “Rügener--chalk”, mud-bath, alga-pack, goats-butter-crème-bath etc. and put it directly on your skin. Body and brain feel relaxed and get new energy.

Beach - Activities and Recreation

In Kühlungsborn waits a beach as far as you can look. Your holiday-flat in the “Dünenschloss” is situated next to the beach-promenade and is more than 6 km long. Fine sandy-beach – the clearest one of the Baltic-sea. Most time the DLRG is watching you when you're swimming and staying on the very clean beach. The water-quality is extremely good. The beach has got the “Blue flag” since years ago. Adults and children will find a funny swimming-pleasure; the water is going deeper very softly at the beach. Swimming, diving, games, surfing and sailing or only repose lying in the sand – you have to decide, it´s your choice! After relaxing hours on the beach many people visit the big town-wood and the legendary “Kühlung”. It make your remember a mountain-area with hills, ravines, meadows and woods. You can walk, hiking, use a bicycle or ride a horse. Relax in a dreamful landscape and enjoy your holiday!

In Kühlungsborn you find the charm of the past together with comfortable things from nowadays. Fresh green is with you at every step you do: on the streets with trees, in the town-wood and in the “Kühlung”. Have a walk on the noble “Baltic-Sea-Avenue”, see the old parts and villas (some over 100 years old) and feel the flair from the past. Your holiday-apartment is direct at the legendary “Baltic-Sea-Avenue”. So, you have very near some cafés, typically local- and international-restaurants, cosy pubs and bistros, exclusive boutiques and very traditional shops. Lots of old houses with turrets and bays give the town the character and feeling of the charm gone days. You also can enjoy a lot of culture and free time-activities, a art-gallery-hall, an open-air-cinema, classic concerts with jazz, blues and folklore, pubs, discos and at last exhibitions and events (for example: the Kühlungsborner seamen festival and the Hanseatic-sail in Rostock).
