Our holiday apartment with several all inclusive services is located in Oberstaufen in the largest alpine area in Germany in beautiful Allgaeu. Your sunny apartment has a very quiet, yet central location and has a stunning view of the mountains and the alpine meadows. A few cross country ski trails, bike and hiking paths all start right by the house. You can even put on your skis or hiking shoes and immediately enter into the stunning landscape. Our apartment was newly furnished in 2005 and is equipped with high quality amenities like a whirlpool, stove oven, Kneipp machine, foot bath and several TVs with DVD and video players. All shopping facilities, spas and sport areas, the Aquaria (free) water park, the inner city, the spa and restaurants can easily be reached by foot. FeWo-direkt.de partner until April 2008.

Notes to the rental rates

• The prices listed above apply for 2 people, each extra person costs 6 € extra per day; children up to 3 years old are free. Relax in a stunning environment and have a great time.
  
• Bookings starting at 3 days: daily arrival possible. The beds are already made upon your arrival and fresh towels are also available – this service is free for you. Child high chair and babysitter upon request. All utilities (like water, electricity, heating, Jacuzzi) are also included. Furthermore, there are multiple additional offers included in the price (for example a free ski pass, all mountain railways in Oberstaufen, guest bus, panoramic pool Aquaria, etc). Final cleaning included for rentals of 7 days or more (otherwise 37 €). We are happy to be able to make a sensational offer to our guests as an “Oberstaufen Plus Partner”: starting on April 1st 2008, you can use the Oberstaufen mountain railways as much as you want for free (Hochgrat, Imberg, Hündle). During the winter, a ski-pass for your entire vacation is included. Furthermore, the entrance into the swimming and sauna paradise Aquaria is free for you. Furthermore, the following services are already included in the price: the bus/ski-bus in the Oberstaufen resort region, entrance into the national museum, entrance to the railway construction, to the ice rink, to the mini golf course, guided hikes and free parking on multiple parking spaces, etc. You can use all of the listed service as much and as long as you would like during your entire stay. This offer is not available in any other resort in the Alps and a very special service for our guests.

Save and relax during your vacation – all incl.

In order to give you an idea as to how much you will save, we have prepared a small calculation that has been used by most guests in the past: length of stay 1 week for 2 people and 1 kid: 1 mountain and valley ride with the Hochgrat train, 1 with the Hündle train, 1 with the Imberg train, 3x2 hours at Aquaria, 1 visit to the national museum. 1 mini golf, 1 train construction, 4 rides with the guest bus. For these services, they would have had to pay a price of over 180 €. For a 7 day ski pass they would even have to pay an extra 340 € (also for 2 people and 1 child). The ski pass and Oberstaufen mountain railways and all other services described (and even a few more) are already included in our price – as often and long as you want. Starting immediately, it does not only mean: relax, but rather also: relax and save in a stunning location.

Hiking, Nordic walking and relaxation

An almost 250 km long network of paths with different difficulties invites you to go on small walks and adventurous hiking and mountain tours through the beautiful Alpine landscape. The summit can be reached by foot or with one of the mountain railways. Once there, you will have a great view, stunning nature and a variety of protected alpine flowers for every mountain climber. The highest and most striking mountain in the Nagelfluh range is the Hochgrat at 1883 m above sea level. The largest Nordic walking park in Germany was opened in Oberstaufen/Steibis. There are twelve routes with three different difficulties on a total of 89 km. We recommend a visit to Aquaria in Oberstaufen after a hard day of hiking. The 1000 m² water park has an impressive sauna and wellness area, a sauna with a mountain view, flow channel and multiple warm water pools.

Skiing Information:

There are about 60 ski lifts and more than 80 km of well prepared descents in every difficulty in the Oberstaufen ski region. Oberstaufen is a very popular ski region for beginners, families with children (there are several “beginner descents” and ski schools on site), professionals and advanced skiers. Only a few minutes from your holiday apartment are the famous ski regions of Oberstaufen/Stebis (860 – 1880 m high). Here you will find the most beautiful and snowy ski region in Germany with superb “lift-to-lift” descents, steep slopes for professionals and a race/time measuring service. An absolute highlight for skiers and snowboarders is Hochgrat (1833 m). The Waldkar descent and the international FIS race track will excite every ski fan. The descent from Hochgrat is one of the longest in Germany – with a length of 5.5 km and a difference in elevation of 856 m.

Golf Information:

Oberstaufen is a true paradise for golfers. In a 70 km radius around Oberstaufen you will find about 15 golf courses (the highest elevated tee off place in Germany is nearby). There are even three different 18 hole golf courses directly in Oberstaufen. The courses are not only very diverse, but rather also a challenge for beginners as well as handicap-golfers. They are located in a charming landscape with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The golf course Oberstaufen is located on a stunning sunny terrace on the edge of town, only a few minutes walk from the holiday apartment. It is located in a stunning alpine landscape and offers spacious practice facilities like a driving range, putting green, chipping green, pitching green and practice bunkers. The charming 18 hole golf course Oberstaufen-Steibis (par 69) is located in a very beautiful high valley at 800 m above elevation. At the foot of the Hochgrat, nature has created the prerequisites for a unique golfing experience: biotope, cliffs, springs and old trees make a unique panoramic view. From the golf course you will have stunning views of the mountain world of the Alps and picturesque Oberstaufen. Even expert golfers that have already played on world renowned courses will find this course to be impressive and challenging.
