The finca Belmonte is located on a property that is about 20,000 m2 large. The location is stunning: directly elevated above a steep coast. The bungalow Vista Mar is luxuriously and comfortably equipped. It is 70 m2 and has a special ambiance. Here you will find a large bedroom and a living room with dining corner and an American kitchen on two levels. Of course, you can also use the shower/bath. From the large sunny patio, you will have a stunning view of the north coast and the tide. The guests can use the communal pool - it uses no chemicals. It is heated during the winter. The lawn can also be used. Furthermore, a German baker delivers fresh bread and cakes to the finca regularly. Upon request, a trained physical therapist or masseuse can come to the house. The German-speaking landlord will give you tips for designing your days. If needed, you can get in contact with a German-speaking doctor.

Buen Paso is a small village about 3 km from lcod de los Vinos and about 15 km from Puerto de la Cruz. The finca is located under a village on a steep coast, very secluded and quiet, surrounded by fincas with wine, fruit and vegetable growers. The island is still traditional here. Those who live here are very hospitable and ready to help. Icod de los Vinos is still an original Canarian small city. In the many bars and restaurants, you can enjoy the typical Vino with the famous 'Tapas', fresh goat cheese, papas with mojo sauce. Rabbit (cornejo) prepared differently and freshly caught fish and lapas can also be enjoyed. Puerto de la Cruz is the tourist metropolis of the north with a lot of options for culture, sport, night life, carnival and a lot more.

Wir als Teneriffa-Neulinge waren anfangs skeptisch, was Insel und Unterkunft betraf.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden jedoch weit übertroffen. Von der Ausstattung des Hauses über den Service bis hin zu den Ausblicken von Meer und Teide, alles traumhaft. Wenn man Erholung sucht, wird es keinen besseren Ort geben.
Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Das Appartment Vista Mar bei Ana-Maria und Franz, die super tolle Gastgeber sind, hat wirklich alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen...Traumlage mit super schönen Aussichten auf beiden Terrassen, überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung in Küche, Bad, etc. Einfach toll. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und wollten eigentlich nicht unbedingt wieder in die Heimat zurück. Diese Unterkunft kann man wirklich beruhigt weiterempfehlen und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Eine überdurchschnittliche Ferienunterkunft für zwei Erwachsene - gepflegt und durchdacht, zum Beispiel hatten wir noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche. Dank küstennaher Lage hatten wir Sonne, wenn der Teide sich in Passatwolken hüllte, von der Küstenstrasse bekommt man nichts mit, der Blick auf Meer und Berg ist klasse. Last not least sind die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert.

Traumschöne Urlaubsunterkunft

Ich habe noch nie ein so wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus erlebt. So würde ich es für uns privat einrichten, wobei Ana Maria wahrscheinlich den .erleseneren Geschmack hat! So viele liebevolle Details und hochwertige Dinge wie Tiffany Kunst und Seidenhandgemalte Vorhänge, die ich am liebsten mitgenommen hätte! Ich könnte Tage weiter schwärmen. Und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg und haben immer sehr lange zuhause verbracht obwohl wir eigentlich Ausflüge machen wollten. Und der Blick auf den Teide - wouw- dichter geht es nicht! Und es hat eine sehr gute, strategische Lage für Ausflüge und das abendliche Bummeln im sehr nahen Puerto de la Cruz (super Essen). Ein Auto sollte man schon die ganze Zeit haben und am besten ist es für Pärchen oder Single. Ana Maria hat uns auch verwöhnt mit Feigen aus dem Garten und "Puffbrause" rund um die Uhr. Ja und so kommen wir auch sehr gerne wieder! ich empfehle jedem, der Ruhe und Natur sucht, diese Traumunterkunft!

Alles war wunderbar gepflegt,alle Angaben bezüglich Ausstattung und Lage waren korrekt.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir empfehlen es auch Freunden weiter.Mit dem Auto sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.
