Photos and Description of this Lagos holiday house

The holiday cottage is a renovated, completed, authentic finca, very quiet located with a beautiful view onto the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. To the beach of Lagos there are 2.5 km. The way from the coast road to the finca leads on an unfortified road. The property is 3000 m² large and mostly left to the nature (fig cactuses, olive and almond trees). Casa tres Ninos with a living space of 70 m² is lovingly furnished and holiday- suitable. The house consists of a large living room (satellite TV) with an integrated kitchen (with a washing machine), two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a storage room. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun or sit under trees and palms. The house has also heating.

The cottage is located in the mountains, above the small fishermen venue Lagos in an agrarian used area which is left to the nature. In this small coast venue are several restaurants and a small grocery, several, large supermarkets are 3 up to 5 km apart. To the beach of Lagos there are 2.5 km. The next bigger venues with tourism offers (Torre del Mar, Torrox or Nerja) are in a distance of 5 up to 15 km. Also the “white villages” in the mountains (Moorish origin) are only a few kilometres away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The weekly price at Easter or Christmas is 395 €. The deposit is 30 % and it has to be paid when the booking is made. Not later than 4 weeks before your arrival the remainder has to be paid as well as the security deposit of 200 €. The prices obtain linen and taxes. Electricity and gas are charged on consumption. The use of the water is charged as 3 € per person per week. The final cleaning costs 50 €. If you stay longer than 4 weeks we can arrange special rates.
  • The care is carried out by Daniel Willmes on site. He attends you at your arrival to your holiday domicile and is for on site for you during your vacations if you have questions or wishes.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbraucht. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll, weil ab vom Trubel der Küste und doch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mitten im Campo auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Lagos. Nach Torre del Mare nur ca. 3 km. Die "Bäderarchitektur" ist jedoch eine Schande für die Landschaft.
Wir hatten unseren Hund mit und damit war wir sehr gut aufgehoben, weil in Spanien mit Hunden es eben immer noch sehr schwierig ist. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Anfahrt über einen Schotterweg, der z.Z. jedoch ausgebaut und befestigt wird.
Rund herum eine gelungene Woche an der Costa del Sol!

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus in ruhiger Lage, mit bequemen Betten hat uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt - Erholung pur - beschert; nicht zu vergessen: die große Sonnenterasse !!
Wenn wir uns mal nicht erholten, waren wir unterwegs, um die kulturellen und landschaftlichen Schönheiten des südspanischen Umlandes zu erkunden.

Hier kann man öfter Urlaub genießen.
