The House La Capannuccia is located in a 4000 sq m park. It is a two rooms apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a settee bed (double bed), bathroom with shower and a kitchen corner. Being well furnished it offers to the guests a very pleasant stay. The park is a lawn surrounded by trees. The apartment has a private part of the park. The distance from the beach is about 200 meters and about 800 meters to the supermarket.

Ansdedonia is a green hill and is situated exactly in front of Monte Argentario. On both sides of the hill you have long and free sandy beaches with some beach establishments. Small locations at Monte Argentario with towns like Porto Ercole, Isle of Giglio, Isle of Giannutri, Capalbio, Saturnia and Pitigliano are easy to reach. Nearby you find the ‘Lake of Burano’ with its’ WWF-site and ‘La Feniglia’, a natural park of 6 km which can be passed only by foot or on the bicycle. The surroundings are very suitable for bird watching. There are tennis courts and horse riding facilities. Ansedonia has a hotel, restaurant / bar and a small supermarket.

Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand ist für Badeurlauber ideal und der Strand selbst sehr schön. Wer allerdings Abends gerne etwas unternehmen möchte, der ist eigentlich immer aufs Auto angewiesen, denn ausser zwei Rstaurants ist in Fußwegentfernung nichts vorhanden, da es keinen gewachsenen Ortskern in Ansedonia gibt (nur Villen/Appartments).
Auch die Versogung muss über das 5 km entfernte Orbetello erfolgen.
Das Appartment selbst liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage, die man sich jedoch mit drei anderen Appartments teilt (tlw. nur eingeschränkt abgetrennt). Die Einrichtung ist zwecksmässig, dürfte aber etwas mehr Pflege erfahren (Glühbirnen fehlen, nur eine Wolldecke, Schranktüren lose, ...).
Fazit: für mobile Leute, die Strandnähe suchen gut, aber in Anbetracht der Ausstattung/Zustand des Appartments eigentlich zu teuer.

beim foto direkt angrenzend tennisplatz (links); von hintenrum führt eine strasse zum strand-parkplatz, die direkt gegenüber vom eingangsportal (rechts vom foto) liegt. achtung wegen sehr nahe liegendem kaum fliessendem fluss extremer mückenalarm.
zum strand geht man ein stück, mind. 10-15 min. aber wenn man weiter geht, wird er sehr, sehr schön mit wenigen menschen und vielen schattenspendenden verschlägen/ hütten aus treibholz. am ersten tag hab ich geweint und dachte nie mehr internet buchung. danach hab ich mich arrangiert, mückenschutz gekauft, fahrräder ausgeliehen (am besten mitbringen) und versucht tennis und autos zu überhören.
