The house is located in one of the most beautiful and well-kept domains at the heart of the Cote d’Azur (3 min. drive to beaches), on a south-facing hillside. The domain offers an ambience with international flair and is like an oasis of calm in contrast to the pulsating life in the cities of Nice and Cannes. The infrastructure of the domain includes shops for your daily needs as well as a GP's practice, chemist and hairdresser. Within a few minutes drive there are a big supermarket and all types of restaurants and beach bars. The domain is ideally situated for lazy beach life as well as sight seeing, arts and culture, trips to the hills of Provence or golf courses. 2 tennis courts and a swimming pool in the immediate neighborhood can be used free of charge.

You will find a separate fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with 2 basins, bath and shower. It has a separate lavatory. The terrace is approximately 20 sq meters, south faced with complete garden furniture and electrically operated awning. There is a furnished curt (28 sq meters) and an allocated parking space.
