The newly renovated apartment is situated in the 21st. district (part Strebersdorf) of Vienna. It is a green area situated in the northern part of Vienna, near the Danube, the Bisamberg (mountain with some wine yards) and the 'Heurigen' with direct sight to the 'Leopoldsberg' too. The City of Vienna can be reached by car within 15 min. But many guests are taking the car only till the next Subway-station (Floridsdorf) or Speed-Train station. Public car parking as well as a specific garden (about 90m2) is available and free of charge. The nearest bus or tramway can be reached within 10-15 min walk. The optimal holiday cocktail: Enjoying the City of Vienna with its famous sights, the 'Isle of Danube' leisure paradise (also with areas for nudism) in the neighbourhood, but also lodging like on the countryside with nice views from own garden.

  • Please ask for a price offer for the desired period in any case. Apartment for 1-2 persons Euro 80,- per night; for 3 persons: 95,-, 4 persons 105,- per night. Charges are generally included except if booked only for 3 nights. In this case we charge for final cleaning extra - Euro 50,-. June 7th to 30th, 2008: Euro 120,- per apartment and night for 1-2 persons; Euro 140,- for 3 persons, Euro 160,- for 4 persons. 22.12.2008 - 3.1.2009: Euro 100,- the apartment per night for 1-2 persons; Euro 140,- for 3-4 persons. For longer stays, discounts are usually granted.
  • Minimum stay (pay) 3 nights. For booking we need your home address and name. We normally ask for a down payment which is kept as cancellation charge in case of non arrival and if we are not able to rent the apartment to 3rd party the same period. If you prefer, you can also give us your credit card details for booking security. Remaining amount is due at arrival in cash.
  • For longer stay we grant a discount to the daily rate.

Please use only slippers inside the apartment.

How to reach us: Detailed description can be sent on request. If you need a taxi from the airport or the station, we can ask a friend to pick you up at a low rate. Please inform us in advance.
