These beautifully refurbished apartment is situated in the heart of ancient Rome Trastevere. All services are included, heating and normal power, gas and water consumption, rent starts at 700 Euro weekly for one, 800 for two guests. The apartment is accessible through Piazza San Cosimato and above, by the Gianicolo, via a broad landscaped staircase with 40 steps. Weekly rents, mostly Saturday-Saturday, though arrival dates are negotiable. Should these be booked already, you are welcomed in our other apartment Object-Number 25903 near the Colosseum and Forum, 10 min. by Tube to Vatican City, and advertised on this very same site. Should our beloved guests return several times in a year, they get a 10 % discount over the actual weekly price which ranges from € 700 to € 900,- weekly. We prefer rentals to be from Saturday to Saturday but there is also a possible flexibility and negotiable date. We also have another apartment listed here under number 25903 which lies 5 min on foot from the Coliseum, in the historical centre, as well as bed and breakfast for two, from forty euro a person, in case all requested dates were to be occupied. please see also number 504301 a wonderful villa in Sardinia, with private beach and sea access.

Notes to the rental rates

Rates differ according to time of year, number of people and high or low season. For a longer rental period we give you a good discount. Rentals for over a week are possible as are Last-Minute-bookings for the weekend and 3, 4 or 5-day stays too. Visitors are encouraged, through price-reduction, to come in November, December, January or February, when there are fewer tourists and no queues. This is the time preferred by guests that keep coming year after year and the flat costs only 700 Euro/weekly. Short stays of min. 3 days are possible the whole year long; prices are based in general on the max. number of guests per week, we can also reduce the fees, especially between Jan. 7 and Feb. 7.

Special prices for guests who have been regular customers. A deposit of Euro 300 must always be paid vs. damages, it shall be returned on departure day if no damage has ocurred.
