Perfectly located in the Southwest of the island in a residential area. The community is small (10 duplex apartments) and held in a typical Majorcan style. In the community garden you have a large swimming pool (12x5 meter) within a typical Mediterranean garden. The Penthouse exposure is south and the sun is shining the whole day on the terraces. The interior of the Penthouse is divided in three levels: 1. living area divided in kitchen, dining and living area. The colours are Mediterranean, friendly and bright. In front of the living room you have a terrace with teak furniture. Guest toilet. Large open kitchen with all technical equipment and laundry room. Dining corner and living area with cosy sofas, TV and fireplace. 2. Sleeping area: Master bedroom with bathroom en suite. guest bedroom and children's bedroom, second bath with bathtub and shower. 3. Bendinat is an exclusive area with old trees, on the border to Portals Nous. The old part of Bendinat where we are owns its own little sandy beach from where you can walk 5 minutes around the clip to the Portals Beach. In Bendinat and in Portals Nous you have a supermarket, cafés, bank, agencies, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. In Puerto Portals you can enjoy all luxury: first of all the boats, a sailing school, all kinds of agencies, luxury shops, bars and restaurants. Bendinat has the perfect location on the island. 5 minutes to Palma, 5 to Puerto Portals, 15 minutes to the airport, 3 minutes to Golf Bendinat, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.
