The house with its imposing arched cellars was lavishly restored in the past few years and shines in new splendour since the beginning of 2005. Special attention was directed to the preservation of the Lingurian architecture with its natural stone walls and old wooden beams, with which modern comfort merges harmoniously. Today, it is a romantic refuge in a stylish ambience with upscale facilities on several levels. In Casa Alvise, the larger upper apartment, there are 3 bedrooms with sleeping place for up to 6 persons. In Alvise vecchio, the smaller lower apartment, 2-4 persons can comfortably spend their holiday. Or you come with friends or the whole family and enjoy your time with us with up to 10 persons?

The upper, larger apartment (Casa Alvise) is spread over two floors of approx. 110 sq. m and offers comfortable place for 6 persons. The living room with a cosy pellet oven, a large bath with bath-tub, a small bed room, in which the piano is also placed as well as a romantic bedroom, in which you can wake with the rising sun and be rewarded with a marvelous view of the sea is found in the ground floor. You reach the upper floor with an additional bedroom, shower as well as the open kitchen which lacks no facilities, by the curved staircase. The upper floor is also characterised by the spacious dining room to which the big candlestick lends a cosy atmosphere. The old wooden table offers seating for 10 persons and invites you to dine and feast. You can reach the large terrace with its stunning, panoramic view from the dining room.

Notes to the rental rates

• Additional charges and final cleaning are included in the rate for a stay of 2 weeks and more. Also bed linen, towels and paper towels (no beach towels). We levy a charge of 50 euros per booking. A flat-rate of 40 euros is charged for a one week stay. The heating cost is charged at 15. euros per week in the winter months.
