With a large guest room with a private bath on the second floor the Lurz home is perfect if you’re travelling with friends. This home is located on the golf course with a private screened-in pool. Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus...

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Großzügige Raumaufteilung (an so viel Platz kann man sich gewöhnen), ideal für den Urlaub mit Freunden (ein Schlaf.- und Badezimmer in der ersten Etage). Die Lage am Golfplatz ist sehr idyllisch und abwechslungsreich. Kleines Manko: die täglichen Arbeiten (Rasen mähen etc.) auf dem Golfplatz fangen bereits gegen 06:30 Uhr an (also am ersten Tag nicht erschrecken, vor allem im Master-Schafzimmer am Pool). Die Verwaltung vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zentral gelegen, mit dem notwendigen Mietwagen ist man schnell im Supermarkt oder Naples Downtown oder Naples Beach (ca. 15-20 Minuten, einfach klasse).

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet.
Mit dem PKW ist alles gut zu erreichen, ob Ausflugsziele oder Einkaufszentren oder Strand.
Wir sind leider keine Golfspieler, dann wären wir hier sicherlich noch besser aufgehoben gewesen da der Golfplatz direkt vor der Haustür war, genau wie in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt.
Die Übergabe klappte super gut und bei der Abreise meldete sich die zuständige Dame der Hausverwaltung noch einmal fermündlich um die Schlüsseldeposition zu besprechen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank!!!!
