The both, very popular apartments in the guesthouse of the Casa Fortunata are situated in a fantastic and silent location a few steps above the bright and sandy beach. From the terrace you have a unique view to the long, “dream” beach of the Playa Esmeralda and to the famous area “Risco del Paso”. By a few steps you can reach the crystal-clear water of the Atlantic Ocean. The apartments arranged very personal, cosy and inviting. In the main house, next door, lives the German contact person which is available for any further questions. Further it is perfect to rent the both apartments together. The power supply (for instance light) takes place over solar and wind energy. Additionally there is an own current generator (available from 08.00 h – 10.00 h and 18.00 h – 20.00 h) to guarantee (as far as possible) the constant temperature of the refrigerator and to use (for instance) a hairdryer. The drive way to the apartments takes place over a sand runway.

The Playa Esmeralda belongs to the most beautiful beach sections of the island with unique white and broad beaches. This beautiful beach, some kilometers in the south of the Costa Calma, is perfect for walking long distance on the beach and a lot of water sports. Famous is this area by windsurfing. Once a year takes place the Surf World Cup.
