La Doccia is a detached farmhouse 4 km above Londa, 35 km NNO of Florence. The area is called Mugello, the hidden Tuscany. Where are numerous castels, Romanic churches and where you find an excellent kitchen. La Doccia is a cosy well furnished farmhouse, it is situated inbetween olive gardens. The village is small, but has all you need for living. La Doccia has a very large terrace with armchair and table min the middle of an olive garden. A parking is next to the house. Washing machine and dishwasher are in the kitchen.

La Doccia is situated 35 km NNO from Florence in the region of Mugello, called the hidden Tuscany, famous for its kitchen, its Romanic chapels and its castles. The street which leads to the house is paved. It is a region for mountain biking. In Londa you get all you need for living. Nearby is a farmer who sells wine, oil and cheese. There is a train in Contea (10 km from the house) to Florence. La Doccia is a detached house resently restored.
