"Wir waren 14 Tage Gaeste in diesem absoluten Traumhaus, in dem noch nicht einmal das Wattestaebchen fehlt. Wuerde es als Geheimtip gerne fuer mich behalten, wenn Sie aber mal wie wir eine Oase der Ruhe suchen und sich in einem supergepflegten Ambiente bewegen moechten, dann haben Sie eigentlich keine andere Alternative. Endlich mal ein Urlaub, bei dem alles!!! dem entspricht, was die Beschreibung verspricht.

Die "Münchner" Schwabhausen

Wir waren im Oktober 2008 im wunderschönen "Meyer"-Traumhaus.
Es waren alle Annehmlichkeiten in diesen Haus vorhanden. Superlage, sehr ruhig.
Nur über die Brücke, dann ist man am Strand und beim "Cafe on the Beach".
Samstag ist Kanutag direkt an der Brücke Richtung Strand.
Großer Pool am Gemeinschaftshaus, sehr ruhig und sauber (selten mehr als 2 Personen im Wasser).
Frühstück bei "Peaches" empfehlenswert (liegt links von "Walgreens" vor Holmes Beach.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

- tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung
- Lage sehr günstig da schnell am Golfstrand aber auch schnell in der Stadt oder Einkaufszentren o.ä.
- sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, schön ruhig zum relaxen
- wir haben hier drei Wochen verbracht und uns absolut wohl gefühlt.

Das war echt ein super Urlaub!

Wir haben letztes Jahr Ostern Urlaub gemacht und für Oktober 2008 wieder gebucht. Das Haus ist klasse! Superlage, sehr ruhig. Nur die Natur weckt den Gast. In "nullkommanix" ist man am Strand, der einfach nur super ist. Klein Vergleich mit dem Atlantik. Der Golf von Mexiko ist klasse! Wir empfehlen zum Frühstücken "C.J's", direkt neben der Hausbank des Vermieters in einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum und "Applebees" in der Cortez-Road für Mega-Steaks. Toll ist auch, dass erst vor Ort gezahlt werden muß. Keine Angst! Klappt hervorragend. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen bei Hertz mit "Never-Lost-Systen". Das Navi in deutscher Sprache bringt Sie überall hin. Charter nach Fort Myers. Linie nach Tampa.

Aber Vorsicht: Florida und das Haus können süchtig machen!
Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist klasse. Alles ist vorhanden. Ein Strandtipp: Fahren Sie in Richtung Hauptstrand und biegen Sie an der Ampel links ab in Richtung "Longboat Key". Fahren Sie bis zur Ampelkreuzung zur Cortez-Road. Direkt am Strand gibt es die besten Burger und absolute Ruhe.

Weil nur wenige Urlauber dort Urlaub machen sind die Preise kein Vergleich zu den typischen Touristenzielen. Für ca. 40 Euro werden 4 Leute im Steakhaus mehr als satt!
