Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage a luxuriously decorated 2 Master bedrooms plus den, 2.5 bath house located inside the Desert Princess Country Club and golf resort. Walk in from a quiet tucked away street, then out onto your magic patio with custom California pool and spa. The outdoor cooking and eating area over- looks the pool as it blends into the lake and golf course. There is even a counter height table with gas firepit. An extended patio with ceiling fan faces the mountain. The house also has a private two-car garage.
Master bedroom One has vaulted ceilings and includes a king size bed, two night stands, wall-mounted TV/VCR, desk & chair and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom also has a cedar-lined walk-in closet and private bathroom with duel vanities and stall shower.
Master bedroom Two has a queen size bed, two night stands, dresser, ceiling fan and a TV with VCR. This bedroom has a separate sitting room with a chair that converts to a twin bed. Like the other master bedroom, there is a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
The Den/Office has a desk, chair, ceiling fan and a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has a plush sofa, coffee table, end table and two well cushioned chairs. It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room.
The dining room has six comfortable chairs and a thick glass-top table. The room receives ample sunlight from numerous windows that over- look the pool, spa, lake and golf course.
The adjoining kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space, including a center island, to create delicious meals. The kitchen has ample maple cabinets, new appliances, ice maker, wine refrigerator, tile floors, and granite countertops.
The living room's wall of glass overlooks the outdoor living area and welcomes in the desert sun. The sun warms and brightens a marble gas fireplace, sofa, loveseat and TV with HBO, VCR and DVD player. The room also has a radio receiver with speakers in the master bedroom and outside living area as well as in the living room itself.
The house also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Welcome to Desert Princess Country Club and Golf Resort. Desert Princess Country Club is a 27-hole golfer friendly championship golf course designed by David Rainville. Lavish fairways, impeccable tiff dwarf bermuda greens, 21 lakes, 85 sand traps, and four sets of tees all combine to offer a challenging course for every level of player. All three nines host majestic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Desert Princess also has a pro shop, banquet facilities, two lighted tournament tennis courts, eight additional tennis courts, two racquetball courts, fitness center and spa that offers massages and facials.
Cathedral City is right next door to Palm Springs. Its boundaries run from the 10 Freeway in the north to Hwy 111 to the South. Cathedral City is home to the $5.1 million Desert IMAX Theater. Named for its divine mountain terrain, Cathedral City is home to family fun, including the Mary Pickford Theatre and Big League Dreams Sports Park which is home to three baseball fields, soccer fields, a roller-hockey rink and more. Most homes in the city are within a fifteen minute drive to Palm Springs International Airport.
