Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 2,100 square foot, luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home in the Deep Well Ranch community of Palm Springs. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open to a large back patio. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, two nightstands and dresser. A guest seating area is a great place to gaze at the large green belt, palm trees and nearby pool area. Vaulted ceilings make the already large master suite seem even larger, and the master bathroom has a bathtub, duel vanities and private commode.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, dresser and its own guest sitting area that opens to a central courtyard patio with furniture. Its bathroom has a tiled stall shower. The third bedroom has a daybed, desk and office chair.
Vaulted ceilings, large windows and sliding-glass doors are in most every room allowing the Palm Springs sunshine to brighten up your spirits. In the living room, a large window faces the South West mountain range and offers spectacular views. Also, sliding glass doors open to that back patio facing the pool area. The living room furniture is mid-century modern and includes a sofa, chair and a separate seating area next to a fireplace. Like the second bedroom, the dining room opens to the furnished central courtyard patio.
Like all Dry Heat Resorts vacation rentals, a full-kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils and cookware is standard.
