Our Casa Andrés is one of the most beautiful fincas on Lanzarote: From the terraces you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea and the sunsets. Furthermore you can look from the house up to the mysterious fire mountains - but you are only approx. 1,000 m away from the sea and the (black) beach of the salt-works from Janubio. Apart from this unique location the house offers still further special advantages: The lot has a size of approx. 5,000 m², by which 1,000 m² are build as garden area. Silence pure! The village consists only of 9 houses! A large pool (8 x 4 m) with solar heating and a counter current system invites you to daily (or nightly) swimming. In the house there are a comfortably furnished kitchen, two light bathrooms, a cosy living room and three roomy bedrooms: 1 x with 2 single beds, 1 x with double bed and 1 x as children's rooms with 1 bunk bed. SAT TV, telephone, CD, radio, cassette are available. The entire living space is approx. 150 m².

To live in Yaiza and its surrounding is something special. Therefore not only the native villagers, but also some foreigners desire these (highly priced) properties. This village has been awarded several times with the title 'most beautiful village of the Canary Islands.' With its cleanliness, lovingly maintenance, palm trees and flowers at the roads, sidewalks and avenues, Yaiza radiates a very calm and solid atmosphere. Two nice bars and two restaurants top the cosy ambiance of this stylish town off. Not far from Yaiza at the sea (district La Hoya) is located one of the greatest attractions of the island: The incredibly beautiful salt-mine of Janubio. Recommended in all tourist guides as especially worth seeing, the sunset is particularly fascinating at the black beach – and holiday-makers in our Finca 'Casa Andrés' can have this amazing sight from the terrace each evening “for free”.
