Our 4 star apartment is situated in an old school building 300 m from the centre of the village. It includes all comforts and is well furnished. It has a private garden with a nice terrace. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. You can park your care on a private parking place. The apartment is situated 3 km from the sea and 4 km from Middelburg and Vlissingen.

Koudekerke is situated on Walcheren. This used to be an Island but now it is connected with the rest of Zeeland. It is within rural surrounding close to the sea, Middelburg, Veere and Vlissingen. In Middelburg you can feel like in the mid centuries. Vlissingen has a beautiful boulevard. And the magical atmosphere from Veere speaks fot itself - a place where you can bike, walk and visit a nice restaurant (lots of choices). This part of Walcheren is known as the Zeeuwse Riviera, the spot in the Netherlands were the sun shines the most. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a nice holiday. Welcome to Walcheren.
