The house 'Casa Maravilla' lies in an absolutely quiet area of villas, right by the sea. A house in these surroundings is a rare find in the south of Tenerife. Owing to its unique situation and not least its exclusive fittings, the house may rightly be placed in the upper luxury class of holiday properties. The living area extends to around 150m² and is spread over 2 floors. There is a living room of approximately 50m² with separate dining area, three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, sun terrace, garage and a pool. An interior designer was responsible for the internal ambience of the house and all colours, materials and furniture have been coordinated harmoniously with loving attention to detail. In the living room there are designer sofas as well as a television set for the reception of almost all major television and radio channels in digital quality via satellite. At the dining table, 8 people would be comfortably seated. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has a double bed.
