Tradition and modernity seem to merge seamlessly in Finca Simona, set off a peaceful lane in timelessly rural countryside. Satellite TV, a CD player and a washing machine, not to mention the lovely pool attractively set in a large, stone-flagged terrace amidst terracotta potted shrubs and citrus trees are signs that Finca Simona also has an elegant foot in the 21st century. The three bedrooms look out over the swimming pool with the two which are located on the first floor - a twin and a double - also offering views towards the gently undulating landscape of Es Pla. A large, modern bathroom completes the first floor whilst the remaining twin bedroom has the use of a similar bathroom on the ground floor. The dining area is separated from the lounge area by an attractive stone arch, helping to create a truly cosy feel to this comfortable nook. There are a couple of unpretentious restaurants in Lloret de Vista Alegre with a wider choice in the market town of Sineu, 6km away.

Serene Lloret de Vistalegre offers the visitor a taste of still-typical Majorcan village life, secluded in an enchanting landscape, far away from mass tourism. The old village centre, with its beautiful church, entices one to take a lazy stroll through the lanes. Numerous bars, cafes and restaurants offer you a variety of local delicacies. Only five minutes away is the neighbouring village of Sineu where along with shops and a rail connection, there is also a 24-hour medical clinic. And every Wednesday it is also the location of a large weekly market where you can find what you’re seeking, be it artistic handicrafts, fresh fruit or vegetables. All-in-all, this central location is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. In only 25 minutes you’re at the next beach (Playa de Muro), and Palma itself is only 30 minutes away.

Mediterrane Traumfinca

Eine wunderschöne, gepflegte und sehr saubere Finca, die in Wirklichkeit noch größer ist, als sie auf den Bildern wirkt! Der entfernte Klang von Schafglöckchen und das gelegentliche Krähen eines Hahnes sind Ausdruck der ländlichen Idylle, die Erholung abseits der Touristenzentren garantiert. Die zentrale Lage in der Inselmitte bietet gute Verbindungen in alle Richtungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen ist aber unbedingt notwendig. Grillabende am großen, sauberen Pool, der mit seinen 6 neuen Liegen tagsüber Abkühlung und Entspannung bietet, lassen zusammen mit einer Flasche Wein den Traum vom mediterranem Leben wahr werden. Liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichteten Räume und die sehr üppige Ausstattung, vor allem in der sehr großen Küche, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die sehr freundliche deutsche Betreuung vor Ort bot eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung und machte einen schönen Urlaub komplett. Unsere 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug!

Super Finca.....

Also wir waren vom 11.05.09 bis 20.05.09 zu Gast in der Finca Simona (leider komme ich erst jetzt dazu, eine Bewertung abzugeben). Wir waren zu viert und hatten Platz für doppelt soviele. Die Finca ist wirklich größer als auf den Fotos. Super toll ausgestattet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles "supersauber" und vorallem gab es überall Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch die Betreuung war erstklassig, es hat alles super funktioniert. Auch die Lage ist einmalig, ruhig aber doch nicht so weit vom Schuss weg. Wir hatten allerdings ein Auto. Wir sind begeistert und würden noch einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Eine wirkliche schöne und vor allem saubere Finca!

Wir haben in der Finca Simona einen wirklichen schönen 14tägigen Urlaub verbracht! Die Reiseleitung vor Ort ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich und auf "Problemchen" (Spülung der Toilette fiel einmal aus) wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert, am nächsten Tag war der Eigentümer zur Reparatur da. Alles in allem ein absolut überzeugendes Preis-Leistungsangebot!! Die Finca liegt etwas weiter vom Örtchen Lloret entfernt, man hat aber dennoch ein paar Nachbarn und ist nicht völlig allein auf weiter Flur. Unser 2jähriger Sohn hat den Pool geliebt und abends haben wir schöne Grillabende verbracht. Es fehlte dann zwar doch die ein oder andere Utensilie in der Küche (z.B. größere Glas- oder Plastikschüsseln), aber die waren im Supermarkt schnell besorgt.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Erholung pur!!!

Ein unglaublich schönes Anwesen! Wir haben mit unserem Sohn (6 Jahre) dort für 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - vor allem die Küche! Sehr gute Betten, erstaunlich sauber, tolle deutschsprachige Betreuung, sehr goßes Haus mit viel Garten, Grill, Liegen, sehr großer und sauberer Pool, separates Poolhaus mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen ... alles was das Herz begehrt! Da das Haus zentral auf der Insel liegt, hat man zu allen Seiten der Insel eine gute Verbindung. Allerdings ist ein Auto Voraussetzung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Haus ist absolut überdurchschnittlich und kein spanischer Standart. Toll!

die absolute Traumfinca - der perfekte Urlaub

Unser erster Eindruck war: das ist ja noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Was für ein schönes, gepflegtes, überaus sauberes und herrschaftliches Anwesen! Das große Haus ist optimal eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Bequeme und gute Betten, schöne Landhausmöbel und große Räume, besonders die toll ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben unsere Traumfinca gefunden! Grillabende am Pool, die schön bewachsene Terrasse vorm Haus, die gute und herzliche Betreuung, die vielen Informationen und Tipps! Das Haus liegt ruhig und allein aber man fühlt sich dort nicht einsam oder unsicher. Genau so haben wir uns mediterranes Leben vorgestellt und hier gefunden. Eine Oase!
